Activation & refund policy
One annual subscription for your kitchen website, paid directly to OrderTiffin by UPI.
Before you pay
Create your account, configure your kitchen and use the private preview. Check the amount, UPI ID and payee shown on the billing screen. This subscription pays for your website; customer meal payments are handled separately by your kitchen.
Manual verification
Submit your UTR or transaction ID after payment. A screenshot is optional. Submission means verification is pending; it does not confirm payment or promise instant activation. The administrator checks the receiving bank transaction before approving the subscription. Allow up to two business days for review; contact support with your reference if it is still pending after that time. Your kitchen website activates only after approval.
Invalid, fabricated or duplicate transaction references may be rejected. The reason appears in billing. Correct the details and resubmit, or contact support if you believe the decision is incorrect. A rejected reference does not activate or extend a subscription.
Your subscription year
Your first year starts on approval. Renewing before expiry adds a year after your current expiry, preserving the remaining time. Renewing an expired subscription starts a new year from approval. Previous payments and subscription periods remain in your history.
Corrections and refunds
If verification is rejected, the reason appears in billing. Contact support with your payment reference and UTR if you paid the correct account, paid twice, paid the wrong amount, or need a refund. We review the transaction and circumstances with you; this page does not promise automatic refunds or a fixed refund processing time. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Expiry and suspension
When a subscription expires or is suspended, the public website and new customer ordering are unavailable. You can still sign in to manage your saved kitchen data and review billing. Contact support about any suspension or disputed payment.
