Your kitchen website
OrderTiffin helps kitchen owners create a public business website. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, your food, and any arrangements you make with customers.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate contact information. Use the service only for a kitchen you own or are authorised to manage. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to access another owner’s data.
Features and pricing
OrderTiffin includes owner accounts, kitchen setup, menu and plan editing, delivery settings, four storefront templates and customer order requests. The kitchen confirms availability and arrangements on WhatsApp. Preparing a request does not confirm the order or collect a customer payment. The current annual price is displayed on the business and billing pages. Prepared payment references keep their original price. Creating an account does not collect a payment.
Subscription activation
Website activation requires an approved annual subscription. Direct UPI payments are manually verified using your transaction reference. Pending submissions do not activate a website. Renewal and refund enquiries follow our activation policy. When a subscription expires or is suspended, public access stops while owner data remains available in the dashboard.
Availability
You can pause orders or unpublish your website from your dashboard. The service may be temporarily unavailable during updates or outages.
