Privacy information
How OrderTiffin uses account, kitchen and order information.
Owner accounts
We use your email and name to create and manage your owner account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider. Kitchen owners can manage only their own kitchen.
Public kitchen information
When your subscription is active and you publish a website, your kitchen name, description, logo, city, contact details and meal availability become public. You can unpublish it from Settings.
Customer order requests
When you place an order request, we save your name, mobile number, selected meals, delivery details and notes so the kitchen can review it. You choose whether to send the prepared message through WhatsApp. The kitchen can read only its own orders.
Subscription payments
We store payment references, UTRs, amounts and review history to verify annual subscriptions. Optional payment screenshots are kept in private storage, accessible to the submitting owner and authorised platform administrators. Administrators can review billing records; internal review notes are not public.
Cookies and storage
Essential session cookies keep owners signed in. OrderTiffin does not use advertising cookies. Unfinished checkout details and prepared requests are kept temporarily in session storage with a two-hour expiry. Kitchen details and saved order requests are stored in the platform’s database.
Sample kitchens
Our demo uses fictional business details. Exploring it does not create an account, save an order or send a WhatsApp message.
Your information
You can update public kitchen details and pause or unpublish your website from the owner dashboard. For account removal or data requests, use the support contacts on our Contact page.
